Set against a dramatic backdrop of mountain and ocean views, this beautifully crafted coastal home embraces both its natural surroundings and architectural heritage. At its heart are custom arched pivot windows that frame the landscape and invite abundant natural light into every room.
Inside, the architectural language continues with matching arched French doors and gently vaulted ceilings, creating a sense of warmth, continuity, and elegance throughout the home.
The architects thoughtfully combined traditional cottage pane windows with tactile natural materials; white limestone walls, exposed timber beams, hand-laid brickwork, and locally sourced stone finishes. A thatched roof anchors the structure in its coastal context, lending it a grounded, enduring charm.
Balancing rustic tradition with refined craftsmanship, the home is both inviting and sophisticated. Our bespoke steel and aluminium window and door solutions were designed to honour this vision, enhancing the architectural narrative while delivering modern performance and lasting durability.
Klein Constantia
2025
Perched above Klein Constantia, this project combines the strength and refinement of welded steel with the performance of a thermally broken, double-glazed, insulated system. Large openings and carefully proportioned frames were designed to capture the surrounding views while supporting comfort, efficiency and durability in a demanding environment. The result is a crisp, contemporary envelope that feels both robust and quietly sophisticated.
Cape Grace : Waterfront

As part of the recent renovation of the iconic Cape Grace Hotel, we were commissioned to design and fabricate bespoke steel door systems for key hospitality spaces, including the main entrance and the Pool Lapa Café.
At the main entrance, we created a pair of oversized, welded steel doors that serve as a bold architectural statement while maintaining refined elegance. These doors feature custom-fabricated handles, meticulously crafted to complement the scale and luxury of the hotel’s grand arrival experience.
For the Pool Lapa Café, our team manufactured and installed a unique solution that combines slender steel frames with frameless glass door panels. This hybrid configuration delivers ultra-minimal sightlines and maximized transparency, allowing uninterrupted views between the interior dining area and the outdoor pool terrace, seamlessly connecting guests with the outdoor amenities and entertainment
Harington : Tamboerskloof
2025
Perched on the slopes of Tamboerskloof, this private residence underwent a transformative renovation to harmonize modern living with the area's natural beauty. The centerpiece of this redesign is the installation of bespoke slimline sliding doors, meticulously crafted to offer expansive openings that frame the Atlantic Ocean's panoramic views.
These minimalist steel-framed doors, characterized by their slender profiles, facilitate a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. When fully opened, they dissolve the boundaries, allowing residents to immerse themselves in the surrounding landscape and coastal ambiance.Their robust construction ensures durability against the coastal elements, while their sleek appearance complements the home's contemporary architectural language.
House Stellenbosch
2025
Set in the vineyards of Stellenbosch, this private residence received a focused upgrade that links everyday living with practical outdoor access. The centerpiece is a set of custom garage bifold doors in steel and glass, designed to lift cleanly and create a wide opening that makes full use of the courtyard.
Slim steel profiles, balanced counterweights, and quiet linear motors deliver controlled operation. Fully open, the doors remove the barrier between inside and out; closed, the panels sit flat in the frame with secure mechanical locking. Durable finishes and straightforward detailing suit the home’s contemporary architecture and ensure long-term reliability.
House Scarborough
2026
Set against the coastal landscape of Scarborough, this project brought together our slimline welded aluminium systems in a way that feels refined, practical and quietly striking. The installation includes stacking folding doors, a double door and a single door, each designed to maintain slender sightlines while giving the home flexibility, light and a strong connection to the outdoors.
The stacking folding doors open up the main living spaces and create a generous transition to the terrace, while the double and single doors continue the same visual language throughout the home. With clean detailing, durable finishes and balanced welded aluminium profiles, the result is a cohesive system that complements the architecture and frames the views without competing with them.
Home in Garden Route
2025
Set in the Garden Route, this home combines slimline welded aluminium systems with selected welded steel doors to create a refined balance of lightness, strength and architectural character. Large glazed openings frame the surrounding views and draw natural light deep into the interiors, while the welded steel doors introduce depth, texture and a more sculpted presence in key spaces. Together, the systems deliver clean sightlines, durable performance and a tailored finish that complements the home’s coastal setting and carefully considered architecture
Lakewood
2024
For Lakewood, we delivered a combination of welded aluminium and welded steel elements, bringing together slim sightlines, structural confidence and carefully resolved detailing. Aluminium was used where lightness and fine visual lines were key, while steel introduced weight, presence and emphasis to selected features. Together, the materials create a cohesive architectural language that feels robust, refined and distinctly bespoke.
