Refund Policy
At Metal Maven, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our custom steel, aluminium, and stainless steel doors and windows. As each product is made to order, our refund policy is designed to reflect the bespoke nature of our work.
Custom Orders
Due to the made-to-measure and custom-fabricated nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once production has commenced. This includes all steel, aluminium, and stainless steel items fabricated specifically to a client’s specifications.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order:

Before production has started: A full refund may be issued, less any design, consultation, or administrative fees incurred.

After production has started: No refund will be issued, as materials and labour costs are committed at this stage.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery or installation.

We will assess the issue and, if deemed a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace, or adjust the product at no additional cost to you.

This does not apply to damage caused by improper handling, third-party installation, or misuse.
Installation Issues
If Metal Maven handles installation and there is an error due to our workmanship, we will correct the issue at our cost. If installation is carried out by a third party, we accept no liability for fitting-related problems.
